1:1 Nutrition Coaching

3 MONTH PROGRAM

Changing habits and learning how to eat in a sustainable way to lower your weight and blood sugar is not something that can be done overnight. It takes time to learn how to change your relationship with food and "unlearn" certain thought distortions and behaviors that have inhibited you in the past. If you are struggling with prediabetes or diabetes, it also takes at least 3 months to bring down your A1c and learn how to adjust your routine in a way that will allow you to reach your blood sugar goals.

 

During our 1:1 sessions we will discuss your history, uncover your "why," define your goals, and formulate an individualized plan to help you achieve them (the "how"!). I will be with you every step of the way, even in between visits! I can give you a roadmap to:

  • Lower your weight by 5-7%

  • Decrease your A1c

  • Decrease blood sugar by pairing foods

  • Brainstorm substitutions (that you still enjoy!)

  • Learn how to include your favorite foods into your routine (you don't have to give up anything!)

  • Navigate challenging situations that may have tripped you up in the past (hello holidays and social gatherings!)

  • Trust your body again

  • Increase energy levels

  • Improve your sleep

  • Balance hormones

  • Decrease inflammation

  • Feel empowered and in control when it comes to food (this is a big one!)

  • Weekly live 1:1 coaching calls via a secure video platform

​

  • Unlimited messaging with me between visits (Monday-Friday)

  • Meal plans as needed

​

  • An app to track your meals (no calorie counting - pictures only if you want to share!)

  • Worksheets/Reference Sheets as needed

​

  • A recipe library of over 200+ meals idea and growing

​
